From wireframe to 2 million users
I led the UX/UI design of the app, driving the process from low-fidelity wireframes to a high-fidelity prototype and overseeing the developer handoff. I defined the design direction and built a Figma-based UI Kit with variants and variables for colors, sizes, and spacing.

Overview
Iliad is a telecommunications provider rooted in the French company Free Mobile, founded in 2007. The Iliad Group entered the Italian market in 2018, introducing a transparent, no-hidden-costs approach that reshaped industry standards. Today, it offers mobile services and, more recently, fixed-line connectivity, supported by its own growing infrastructure.
After a few successful years on the market, the company decided to launch their native app to reach a broader audience, improve user engagement, and provide a more seamless and personalized experience compared to their existing web platform.
Challenges
Throughout the project, several key challenges emerged that required creative problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. Each case study highlights a specific area where design decisions had a direct impact on product performance and user satisfaction.
