About 700,000 users with multiple SIMs faced repeated logins using only their User ID and often did not know which profile they were accessing. This caused frustration, reduced visibility over all their lines, and discouraged regular monitoring of multiple SIMs.
Insight
User interviews and usage data revealed a need for speed, clarity, and identity. Users wanted to quickly view balances and usage across lines, recognize which SIM they were using, and feel in control without having to re-enter credentials repeatedly.
Solutions
A “My SIMs” screen allows one-tap switching between profiles. Each SIM retains its User ID and password, but a silent login removes repeated credential entry. Users can personalize each SIM with a nickname and illustration, and profile cards show balances and key info at a glance. This keeps the underlying structure intact while making the experience effortless and reassuring.
