iliad Planet
Brief
This product is designed for Iliad dealers, affiliated companies that resell Iliad products and services across all regions of Italy. The app was created to address the dealers' need to take photos of customers' identity documents when they sign up for Iliad offers.
Flow
This app connects to the website using a QR code, allowing the dealer to manage subscriptions and providing a smoother, more seamless experience throughout the process. During the flow, the user can select the document type and navigate to a dedicated page. They then need to take pictures of the front and back of the document and send them to Iliad, significantly reducing paper usage compared to the subscription processes of other telecom providers.
Illustration & Animations
To enhance the user experience even in case of errors, we designed custom vector illustrations animated using Figma and the Lottie plugin, which allows the generation of JSON files compatible with both Android and iOS platforms.
